So, Windows is 11 is out and Microsoft recently added Windows 11 hardware readiness insights to Endpoint Analytics in Microsoft Endpoint Manager allowing you to identify which devices in your Intune tenant are eligible for upgrade and which are not and why.

To supplement this report, I’ve created a Power BI version using the same data gathered by Intune and exported to Azure blob storage in CSV format via an Azure automation account.

You could further expand this report if you wish to pull in inventory data from MEMCM for example, matching devices on their Intune device ID to provide additional detail on CPU, TPM, storage etc for any devices that aren’t capable of meeting the official requirements for Windows 11.
